On April 29, 2018, the signing ceremony about Restructuring and Operation Management between UHM Group and Edensee Lake Resort & Spa Investor took place at the meeting room at this classy and luxury resort.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Huu An - Chairman of UHM Group; Mr. Pham Minh Tam - Deputy General Director of UHM Group; Mr. Bui Xuan Khanh - Project Development Director; Mr. Son Dinh Phi Hung - Director of Security; Mr. Vo Duy Phuong - Deputy Head of the Front Office and Mr. Tieu Nhu Phuong - The investor of Da Lat Edensee Lake Resort & Spa.

The ceremony took place in a solemn but informal atmosphere between two sides. At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Huu An and Mr. Tieu Nhu Phuong signed a contract whereby the 5-star Edensee Da Lat Resort would be managed, operated and restructured by UHM Group from April 29, 2018.
