To ensure a sustainable process, what UHM Group always attaches great importance to is improving the professionalism of each individual and department in each stage of operation. On average, each project employee spends more than 1,000 hours on training activities.

 

Training activities are carried out periodically on a quarterly, monthly and yearly basis. Programs are designed specifically for individuals and departments to ensure interaction between the parties. Which has the following factors:

 

- Feedback: backward information informs students of their results.

- Practice: to improve a reflex of a work habit.

- Relevance: expressing the meaning of the training process with students.
